Pay safely
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your money goes to PadelSwap's account and stays there until you confirm that the item has arrived and everything is OK.
Receive your item
The seller sends the parcel to a parcel locker within 7 calendar days. You'll get an SMS when it arrives, then you can pick it up. After receiving it, you have 48 hours to check the item. If everything is OK, confirm the order; if something is wrong, open a dispute.
Selling
Post a listing
Choose a category and add the product details. For rackets, enter the model — Padelful suggests matches with technical details. You add the price, photos and condition.
The buyer pays
You'll get a notification as soon as someone buys. The money goes to PadelSwap's account and stays there until the buyer has received the item.
Ship the parcel, get paid
PadelSwap automatically creates a parcel code for every order. Take the parcel to your nearest parcel locker within 7 calendar days and enter the code — the locker prints the label, so you don't need to enter the buyer's delivery details. The money reaches your bank account 48 hours after the buyer receives the item, or right away if they tap “Confirm”. You keep 100% of your listing price — we don't take a cent from sellers. The first time you sell, you'll need to verify your seller account. It's a quick identity check.
Fee
On top of the listing price, the buyer pays 5% + €0.70. This covers payments, buyer protection, dispute handling and keeping the platform safe. The seller keeps 100% of the listing price — we don't take a cent from sellers. The full fee is shown before payment, so there are no surprises.
Protection
With PadelSwap Buyer Protection, you get a refund if the item doesn't arrive, is damaged in transit, or is significantly different from the description. Let us know within 48 hours of receiving it.
Selling is free for sellers. You keep 100% of your listing price. The buyer pays a buyer protection fee of 5% + €0.70.
The shipping cost is added to the buyer's total and clearly shown before payment. The seller keeps 100% of the sale price.
The money is in PadelSwap's account and hasn't been paid to the seller yet. If the seller doesn't ship within 7 calendar days, we automatically cancel the order and refund you.
On PadelSwap, buying and selling happens through a safer payment flow: the seller is paid only after the item has been received. A parcel code is created for the seller automatically. If the item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, buyer protection helps. For rackets, you also see an independent Padelful expert rating. In a Facebook group, you usually have to rely on trust alone.
